Just a little late night entertainment for grandparents (and if you continue watching this, more power to you). Daradie and Paige are second and third from the right in both numbers.
And here we have the tap number. This was by far the favorite of the two dances for both Paige and Daradie. Koen and I (and I think I can speak on behalf of Ella and TaNece) have this song memorized and have secretly hid the CD.
They had fun and that's all that matters when they are 6 and 7.

Daradie really loves dancing. She's good at it. There's just something about the way she carries herself while dancing. She practices it all the time. I love watching her. I love her excitement. Which is why I was truly honored to pose with her in this picture (she didn't ask her Dad but just ME!). I do believe she's starting to understand that I've got her back and I'm there for her....

"Mom, I'm really nervous. I can't keep up with the moves. The music is too fast. I get pop it, lock it, polka dot it but the hip hop slide gets too fast." (The grand finale's song and dance stemming from the
ideal role model, Hannah Montana.) "Ahhh, don't worry about it. Just smile big and stand in the back." Solid advice from any good mom, right?

Ohhh, so so cute. She is a talented girl.
The dance and costumn were great! Wish I could have been there. Let me know next year and I'll try to come and see the intertainment in person. Keep practicing!
